Biography:

Jackie is an applied health services researcher who has worked in both the UK and Australia. Her focus is undertaking qualitative research including process evaluations, as well as scoping and systematic reviews and supporting Patient and Public Involvement and Engagement (PPIE). Jackie’s research interests include how children and young people use health technologies, supporting people to participate meaningfully in healthcare research, and evaluating complex interventions.
