Biography:
Harald uses predominantly qualitative and practice-based methods to study heritage and museum practices. This has included projects on participatory practices in museums, creative and collaborative approaches to heritage documentation, creative re-use of unwanted museum collections, public benefit from development-led archaeology, the adaptive release of heritage assets impacted by climate change, contemporary collecting of everyday objects and how heritage organisations work with volunteers.
