The White Rose University Consortium unites the Universities of Leeds, Sheffield and York around one shared commitment: putting our people first.
We support professional services colleagues and researchers at every career stage, from PGRs to senior academics, and help them to thrive.
Through targeted, inclusive initiatives, we build belonging, widen opportunity and extend tailored support to underrepresented and marginalised groups.
Our vision
By harnessing the collective strength of our three partner universities, we deliver practical, high-value support that complements existing institutional offerings, anchoring talent across our region and establishing White Rose as a sector leader in collaborative people development.
