Biography:
Andrea is an environmental engineer with analytical and environmental chemistry experience. She completed a PhD at the University of Nottingham on monitoring pollutants of emerging concern within wastewater reuse and treatment in Mexico and the UK. She is currently a postdoctoral researcher at the University of Leeds working on understanding sub-lethal effects of pharmaceuticals on plants. Her interests include omics techniques and decolonising environmental science.
