Biography:
I am a Postdoctoral Research Associate on the AHRC-funded ‘Avebury Papers’ project.
I am a medievalist, specialising in ‘revoicings’ of early medieval texts and histories. I have taught at the University of Reading, QMUL, and KCL. I have published on ethnonationalism and medievalism (2021); Old English poetry in museum displays (2022); Old English in museum education (2023); and Wikipedia as public history (2024). I am writing a monograph, ‘The Making of Sutton Hoo’ (Boydell & Brewer).
