Molecular and cellular biologist specialising in phage display, currently a funded postdoctoral fellow at the University of Leeds. Completed a part-time PhD while working as a Senior Research Technician for 12+ years. Prior experience in industrial R&D within GLP/GMP and ISO-certified labs, blending academic insight with practical innovation across diverse scientific environments.
