Day 2 will take place in Sheffield and covers:

  • The nature of communication
  • Leading challenging conversations successfully
  • Ideas for change
  • Boundaries in the workplace
  • Building a Personal Brand
  • Your Personal Development Plan

To be eligible for this programme, you must attend all three days in person in full. For more information, please visit the White Rose Equity in Leadership page or click on the events to learn more about day 1 and 3.

The programme aims to foster a diverse group of staff members from Leeds, Sheffield, and York. By adopting an equity-based approach, it seeks to accelerate career progression for global majority talent, ultimately diversifying leadership within higher education.
