Biography:
Dr Shareefa Fadhel is the Research Culture Strategy Project Manager at the University of Leeds.
She has a PhD in Sociology and Social Policy, specialising in the political economy of development and gender politics. Her research was inspired by the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) & the role of women in the global sustainability agenda. She is also a member of the Athena Swan working group for the University of Leeds (MSN) and leads the International Women’s Network.
