Originally from Trinidad and Tobago, I am passionate about transforming the UK HEI arena into a truly diverse and inclusive space where all feel as though they belong. We have passed the time for focusing solely on targets for increasing diversity towards creating community where all voices are heard and can have impact – a place where belonging is a shared vision. This has been the motivating force for all my work, and my reason for joining this community – to be part of a change movement!
