The Action Research on Research Culture team at the University of Cambridge has been working on a Narrative CV study which aimed to understand how narrative CVs affect STEM postdoctoral recruitment.

One of the findings from this study was that there is limited guidance on how to write and assess narrative CVs in postdoctoral recruitment.

In response to this, the team have used the data collection to create a new resource which will hopefully support both applicants and assessors:
