At the Researcher Education and Development Scholarship (REDS) Conference 2026, Amy Shaw (Researcher Developer at the University of Sheffield) and Karen Hinxman (Head of the White Rose University Consortium) and the project team – Monica Morris, Tracey Stead and Steve Joy – presented “Empowering Established Researchers to Both Access and Enable Cultures of Development.” Sharing the outcomes of the recent White Rose Established Researchers project, the presentation explored how this initiative will support established researchers to foster a culture of continuous development through accessing tailored resources.
