Dr Paula Burkinshaw holds a visiting senior research fellowship within the Management and Organisations department. Paula’s professional leadership development experience spans public, private and third sectors culminating in senior appointments and consultancy. Paula is fascinated by gendered leadership cultures and her PhD explored the under-representation of women at the top of higher education. Paula’s recent projects include collaborative research with White Rose Gender Equality College.
