Biography:
I am a Senior Lecturer in the School of Medicine & Population Health and have held leadership roles which have focused on gender equality within higher education – such as Faculty Director for EDI and Athena Swan Chair (Silver). My research area is in health services evidence synthesis and I am working with Prof Parveen Ali to embed equity into this research. I am also working with a small group across the NHS and within the University on the inclusion of trans identities in medical education.
