Linda did a PhD in Molecular Biology at Northwestern and a postdoc at Columbia in cancer biology, both in the US. She then worked as an editor at Cell before moving to the UK. In Cambridge, UK Linda worked at the MRC Cancer Cell Unit in an Information and Communication role and later served as the Funding Manager at Yorkshire Cancer Research. She has worked on knowledge transfer and research impact at both Leeds and York, including her current position as the University Impact Manager at York.
