Biography:
I am an Applied Econometrician, with expertise in Labour Economics and Education Economics. My research focuses on (1) investigating labour market inequalities in employment and earnings based on gender and ethnicity, including the factors influencing female labour force participation; (2) school-to-work transitions, particularly the disparities across ethnicities in these transitions, and the determinants of NEET (Not in Education, Employment, or Training) status among young people.
