Biography:
I undertook my PhD in the lab of Professor David Young, focusing on ageing in relation to microRNAs and bone homeostasis, before joining the labs of Dr Mirre Simons and Dr Iwan Evans at the University of Sheffield, investigating ageing and immune function. I have recently started an ECR Fellowship funded by the Vivensa Foundation, investigating alternative splicing in the context of ageing.
