Biography:
I am a behavioural and evolutionary biologist, with a special interest in the
evolution of important decision-making in animals, like dispersal and cooperation.
Using a combination of experimental, empirical and modelling approaches, I investigate why individuals differ in important decisions they make (e.g. how much it depends on the information they gathered or on their personality). I am also interested in carry-over effects of these important decisions across different life contexts.
