Biography:
Having worked in the probation service and for the NHS in a prison setting, I left practice in 2013 and have spent most of the intervening time researching Section 136 Mental Health Act detention by the police and mental health emergencies. I moved to York in 2023 and am continuing to work on mental health and policing.
