Don’t miss the chance to join the 2026 Crucible Programme cohort!

The Crucible programme supports independently funded fellows and lecturers within their first three years at a White Rose university. Through three two-day residential labs, participants explore research leadership, develop interdisciplinary thinking, and build connections across disciplines and institutions. Crucible provides protected time to reflect on your work, share experiences, and consider new collaborative approaches within the White Rose community.
