Biography:
I am a Research Fellow in the Mental Health and Addiction Research Group at the University of York. My research interests are in the development and evaluation of brief psychological interventions to support adult health and wellbeing, with a particular focus on supporting people with physical and mental health comorbidities. I am also interested in exploring the positive impact that nature can have on our mental and physical health. I hold a BSc and PhD in Psychology (University of York).
