Biography:
My research uses ethnographic approaches to explore embodied processes of craft learning alone and alongside others, and the development of creative identities. I am particularly interested in ideas about play, permission and becoming, and in the use of creative methods at different stages of the research process. I maintain a textile art practice alongside and within my research.
