We are delighted to announce the projects which were successful in securing a 2022 Collaboration Fund award. As always we were impressed by the diversity and breadth of the submissions we received, the 3 successful projects were:
From Circular Economy to Soil Health: Andrea Lorena Garduño Jiménez, Faculty of Earth and Environment, University of Leeds
The UK- Rwanda Parternship as the ‘End of Asylum’: Externalising Borders, Offshoring and Resistance – Joe Turner, Department of Politics, University of York
Bespoke Open, Collaborative and Creative Approaches to Heritage Documentation (BOCCAHD) – Harald Fredheim, Archaeology, University of York
A valued aspect of the Collaboration Fund is seeing the new innovative ideas submitted by Early Career Researchers. The scheme, originally launched in October 2008, has enabled academics from the universities of Leeds, Sheffield and York to undertake cross-discipline multi-partner research.
The scheme has helped to raise the profile of the White Rose universities and assisted the careers of researchers.
If you have a project idea or any questions please contact Karen Tsui.
